Pay Equity Plan

Implementation of the mediated settlement to achieve pay equity will be made in two phases. The “retroactive” adjustments were agreed to cover from April 1, 2007 through to March 31, 2023. The “go-forward” time period was agreed to begin effective April 1, 2023.
